“Worst delivery ever!!! Said my couch would be delivered in 3-5 days, it took a month!! No one had any answers as to where my delivery was. Custom service people are very rude and do absolutely nothing to help! I will NEVER order from here again and I will not be referring them to anyone.”

“1st stop bedrooms had the best price for the Burke counter stools I ordered, and customer service couldn't have been nicer about communication and shipping. I received the items well packaged and in perfect condition within days after placing my order with CS calling to confirm the shipping address and date the day prior. The stools are gorgeous, and I immediately ordered 2 more. This is my second time making a furniture purchase with 1st stop bedrooms and will definitely do it again.”

“I recently had the pleasure of experiencing exceptional customer service with a Sales Associate while purchasing my Mancin Grey reclining sofa and loveseat over the phone. Anytime I have great customer service, which is hard to come by, I like to share my positive experience. He was knowledgeable of the details of the delivery, etc. Once I decided on my selection, the purchasing process was very smooth. Great customer service truly makes all the difference in creating a positive shopping experience. I will shop with this store again.”

“Fabulous experience with 1stop, I ordered a loveseat from there website, it came just as pictured, & the dimensions where spot on. It arrived sooner than expected & the price was very reasonable and they didn't charge for shipping ( pet peeve with furniture and being charged for shipping). I will definitely use them again for my future needs!”
