Bought an Prince2 Agile Foundation and Practitioner Course with Exam in June of 2023 (£700). And guess what I am still waiting for my Exam voucher in end of November 2024. Customer Service hardly reply and when they do they promise a deadline and never be heard of again.

BEWARE!!! I want to alert everyone about 1training.org. After making a payment for a food safety course, I waited three days without receiving access. Initially, I chatted with an operator named Harry Thassim, but then AFTER PAYMENT the name changed to Nick. It seems they may not be scamming everyone, likely to keep their business afloat, but I strongly advise caution. If you encounter similar issues, be careful! Stay safe!

Prince2 Agile Course & Exam purchased last year. I have managed to get the foundation exam voucher after a couple of months last year, however I have been waiting for the Practitioner exam voucher since April. Lately the support is not even contactable. Might be good for other exams, but definitely not for Prince2.

A prince2 exam was purchased in December 2023, I requested my exam voucher on 2 May 2024. They state it takes 7 to 24 business days to provide the voucher - but really, why would it take 24 business days to do this?? I have used other reputable companies before and the voucher was provided on the same day. It has been 37 business days now and none of my emails are responded, and their support line just doesn't get answered. How has 1Training received so many positive reviews? It's baffling.

I requested my exam vouchers in November it’s now June and they still haven’t arrived. I contacted customer service 10+ times, no reply to my last few emails.

Awful company, they take your money and then you don't hear anything until they tell you your course is about to expire!! Truly one to avoid, incredibly disappointed with the service level. I have half a dozen unanswered emails to them and their phone service doesn't ever answer. Possibly a scam company? Update: Phone call from Customer Services explaining that my tutor left the company after being ill with COVID so I was sending emails to someone who had left!!! It was my fault as I should have known. Incredible. Don't touch these with a barge pole.

Terrible course content, poor execution in some of the videos. "Exam" at the end is referred to as a quiz and is based more on what you noticed during the videos rather than what was explained to you. No explanation as to why some things were how they were, just put the details in. DO NOT PAY FOR THE SAGE COURSES. YOU CAN FIND ALL OF THE INFORMATION PROVIDED ON THIS "COURSE" ON YOUTUBE.
