“I was the victim of a scam where you have to pay to have your computer unfrozen. I did pay, but then I discovered by way of 24/7 Techies that it was only delayed and would happen again. They cleaned off ALL of the scammers connection and viruses, told me what to avoid, and left valuable tools for me to be proactive. Way to go!!!!”

“every time I use this service, it takes over a hour to resolve whatever problem.... regardless if it is a very simple problem or not. I realize the tech's are working with other customers, but I hold back in using the service knowing I will need atleast a hour of "down" time for me to resolve the problem.”
“I wonder if you could solve a problem that both my wife and I have. We will be using our computers and all of a sudden the screen will go black and a "No Signal" message will come up. The computer then starts up again and eventually opens up again and tries to restore the site or program I was using. Since this happens to both of our computers, I wonder if the problem is somehow outside the computer. What do you Techies think?

“Your techs are knowledgeable and committed to serving the customer in the best way possible. My latest issue took considerable time to resolve and I was impressed with the follow-through of your techs, who called to make sure everything was OK. My only criticism is that when your shift changed, the new person did not appear to be fully briefed on the problem and on one occasion led me through the same process that the previous tech had done. But overall, I felt like your service was excellent and well worth the monthly fee.”
