“I was having difficulties to synchronize my Blackberry with Windows 10. In order to fix the problem the technician put my Blackberry back to the factory initial configuration which did not included accepting or declining invitations.
While I was at least able to synchronize my BB with Windows 10 for about 24 hours, still I was not able to accept or decline from my Blackberry any invitations.
After 24 hours the problem of synchronization occurred again. I then decided to call my own IT technician to put back Windows 7 in order to be able to synchronize my Blackberry and since then I haven't had any synchronization problem. Unfortunately, I have not found any technician able to configure my Blackberry with the function of accepting or declining invitations. It has been a very negative experience as I have limitations in getting back to my clients from my Blackberry and I have to wait to be back at my office to confirm or decline invitation from my computer.”

“After solving my problem on two occasions you left free anti-virus programs on my computer (Super Antispyware and most recently, Avast Free Antivirus), which I gladly accept. However having two antivirus programs is confusing plus I have no understanding how each works or even the one that is in control. Its obvious that these free antivirus programs are meant to generate an update at a cost, and that is understandable but I'm at a loss as to which one of these two that were left is my primary antivirus software. Can you clear this up for me, please?”
