“I have renewed BOTH my Lenovo desktop with win 8.1 and my HP notebook with win 10 again for another year because I am so pleased with your services. I have gotten to know several of your techies, and all are friendly and knowledgeable.
The one "issue" is that sometimes the techies are working on more than one customer's computer because you are often so busy. It is OK, BUT ONLY WHEN THE WORK BEING DONE ON ONE PC TAKES SOME TIE TO FINISH, BUT SEVERAL TIMES i SEE NO "ACTION" BEING TAKEN AS MANY MINUTES GO BY. This means I must sit here and see the time go by when I could be doing other things. IF one is that busy, I would rather have work done after a call back UNLESS THERE IS A SERIOUS ISSUE that requires immediate attention.

“The Tech Support agent spent quite a bit of time trying to straighten out the issues with my MicroSoft Word program, and after his session, it now seems to be working better, but it irks me no end I have to pay a substantial fee to a Tech company to fix a product that cost me a substantial amount, and isn't more than a year old. Microsoft is all about grabbing your money, not making sure that if their product fouls up, they fix it.”
“M. the tech was able to help me with a virus claiming (u) fraudulently (/U) to be from Microsoft. It took over my whole screen, so I was unable to do anything. M.the tech was able to access my computer so "kind of like a back door' he went through my hubby's Techie account to get to mine. He then was able to get rid of the virus. He stayed with me for several hours until my computer was clean. He then advised me how I could avoid these types of virus's in the future, and what to do if one invaded my space again. He also fine tuned the computer so it would run faster. He was also very patient with me once I explained that I had had brain tumors and could be a little slow, M, thanks again for everything you did for me!!!”
