My latest issue took considerable time to resolve and I was impressed with the follow-through of your techs, who called to make sure everything was OK. My only criticism is that when your shift changed, the new person did not appear to be fully briefed on the problem and on one occasion led me through the same process that the previous tech had done. But overall, I felt like your service was excellent and well worth the monthly fee.”

“The initial help and assistance you gave me was terrific, but subsequent follow thru was not good. I purchased the "one-time" help which was fantastic. Then before the initial help was completed, I changed my mind and decided to purchase the 6 month coverage. For some reason PayPal could not process the subsequent payment. There was plenty of cash available for the purchase. I verified this by contacting my bank that confirmed there was no reason for the request to be denied. The representatives from 24/7 that i dealt with said they would contact me again in the next few days to complete the purchase because they felt that there was just some glitch on the PayPal end of things. I still don't know why the transaction could not be completed. But there were no further contacts made by 24/7 to reach out to me as they said they would. I still want to say again that I was VERY satisfied with the service provided on that initial day of service.”

“The Tech Support agent spent quite a bit of time trying to straighten out the issues with my MicroSoft Word program, and after his session, it now seems to be working better, but it irks me no end I have to pay a substantial fee to a Tech company to fix a product that cost me a substantial amount, and isn't more than a year old. Microsoft is all about grabbing your money, not making sure that if their product fouls up, they fix it.”

“I have been used to having a company IT support unit but post-retirement, I found myself with problems with my Surface and WiFi without any nearby support. 24/7 was able to solve the problem. It did take a relatively long time (70 minutes) with me on the phone -- but that's what one must expect when having a "repair" remotely. I wasn't sure that the tech was intimately familiar with Surface but they got the job done...I definitely would use them again if I had a problem.”
