“It took 2 days and about 3 hours to fix my problem. I was called at ~8:00 p.m. by them so they could continue working. I told them this was an unacceptable time. They made a note in my account to call no later than 6:00 p.m.”

“Never fail to solve the problems! Once, it took four days, other times, l;ess than four minutes. Whatever it takes, they do the fixing! I have even worked with 24/7 when my PC could not start, and using my wife's PC (akso a 24/7 client), I was able to get things going and eventually connect my PC in "safe mode." The techies are super smart, very courteous and patient, and now my mother --at 90-- is a client!”
