“Absolutely AWESOME experience. Starting with the YouTube video that gave me perfect instructions for installing the mulch kit for my mower. Then, I texted support to ask for the part number for my mower. They responded on a weekend. Awesome service, great instruction, polite staff, and good prices. What more can you ask for?”

“I ordered a product on 9/14, you took the money out of my account on 9/15. It is 9/18 and the order hasn't gone beyond "Shipping label created". Which meansd it hasn't made it to a USPS station yet/”

“Well I had ordered a mulch plug, after viewing a YouTube video for a John Deere S240 42 inch deck. However it was a wrong size, found out later my deck is 42a, plug was for a 42c. 247 parts did a good job, however me being the customer, I should have done better research as I found out later, parts are specifically for each product. I know now.”
