“Dear Sir, Whilst having dealt with you in the past my estimation is still 'GOOD'. I am glad you have given us the 'Public', the rules with which to play with and that helps enormously. If you don't ask all the right questions, you will receive a load of rubbish that is of no use to anyone. A few of your suppliers are excellent and it is a pleasure to deal with them.
