“The system works well . he problem is with some of the suppliers . Some of them have terrible reviews around the net and I would be wary of a few . Do not take the first quote or two and carefully research the suppliers online once you have their name.”

“Although 247 Spares is a gd concept you really do have to be very careful in reading all REVIEWS on all the Companies "using" 247 Spares to get business..... There are some complete rogues out there that just want to Rip you off.... Having said that, there are some great people on here too.... Quite a lot a BAD EGGS in this basket that are spoiling it for the others.. Martin.”

“A slick and efficient service, received six quotations within the hour and all within 10% in cost terms of each other so obviously competetive. Unfortunately none of the quotes gave any company details, so being wary of giving card details to unknown persons I decided not to make a purchase from any of the quotes. Ultimately purchased my requirements via Amazon with whom I already have an account, who gave me a clear photograph of what I was purchasisng and at the same price.”

“A very good selection of quotes came back within hours, the quotes could do with more information on as you have to phone them all to find out important details but it was a good service.”

“The so called scrap dealer texted saying that they had the part on sunday night..I phoned the number 07034712651 who passed me around 3 departments early monday morning. The voice sounded the same? To be told the part was not available. So why send a text saying it was? It is a premium rate Number, 247 spares should check this dealer, other people have complained. Using Ebay now its safer and cheaper...”

“I have used 24/7 a few times, and been impressed with the quality of response and service. I would have rated the experience 'Very good', were it not for the rip off telephone prices associated with calling supplier using 0703xxxxxxx numbers!!”

“The three quotes that I chased up didn't work out. One stated that they didn't have the part, one that it was for a similar car to mine but not compatible (not sure on this one as it is a generic part for several models) and the third had the part but it was faulty so I had to be refunded after having paid for it. Some of the onsite form filling was clunky in as much as if I needed to change one criteria on my search it meant going back to the beginning each time. This is a nuisance.”

“Spares were for a Skoda Octavia, replacement damaged wing mirror. I then found that a spare part not offered on line for the wing mirror was available from the Skoda dealer so purchased from them (held in stock) Wing mirror now repaired. I think your system is good, I received a number of quotes some good prices and some expensive but that is the reason for to have a system like yours. If I ever need parts again I will use your service. Many thanks, Peter Dover.”

“Good web site and facility but the 0703 number which appear to be a mobile, but are in fact very high premium rate number is totally unacceptable, especially when you call the number and get put on hold for a considerable time while they go off and check for the part etc. These numbers should be removed, and then it would be an excellent service.”
