“I went for the internet to have a peace of mind ,So i don't have to call the dealers or calling me back ,and instead iv got more stress ,iv got all the dealers calling me instead E-mailing to my E-mail address ,and when i told them um not interested and as you advised not to take any offers by phone from the dealer ,they kept calling my mobile none stop causing me to switch my phone off in the end ,um regretting searching on the internet again after the bad experience i had with 247 spars ,regards”

“got the part tried phone,ing went through the usual jargon mitsi spares etc after 3 min on the phone and got nothing the phone went dead tried this twice then gave up...no point in source ing a part if you cant finalize it..... very poor”

“Absolute abhorrent customer service! Ordered a gearbox for my wife's car, 1 day delivery service advertised but due to being 'extremely busy' it wouldn't be delivered until Tues / Wed of the following week - suited us as the car was booked in for Thursday. Ten phone calls and three days after the due date still no gearbox ... despite having been told on numerous occasions we'd be called back, no-one ever did! Incidentally, 0703 numbers are 50p a minute for the uninitiated! The gearbox finally arrived yesterday, 10 days after ordering. If ... IF anyone does decide to use this service, check on the courier service being used ... P4D is not a courier, but a courier agency, make sure you have the actual courier' name and contact number, and if possible get a tracking number. I will NEVER use this service again!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!”

“I was happy with the service provided by 247 Spares until I received my mobile phone bill. It showed that 247 Spares uses an '070' contact number which charges premium rates. My enquiry lasted a few minutes and cost me £9.60! The website makes no mention of this (or if it does it is well hidden!) and this is not treating customers fairly. I am submitting a complaint to Ofcom!”

“Complete and utter waste of time. I asked for one car part had 3 text msg and none if the places had them in stock or were any where near where I live. Absolute rubbish. I won't use again”

“I did not use the service because most of the quotes were from 0703 numbers and I have no idea how much these cost to call as they can be premium rate numbers. If the quotes had contained links to web sites I would have used the service .....”
