“While 247 is very good at sending the information you need, the companies they send information on is not so good! I read reviews on each one and they were less than good! Maybe 247 should check these companies out before recommending them?”

“I liked the fact that quotes came through for another door for my VW golf. i supplied paint code and reg number. Followed up the quote gave card details and was then called back to say that the paint code was a different one to the one required. A bit frustrating really!!”

“I posted my request and received a number of calls, texts etc even though I had declined the text option. I found this a quick and useful site - However I then found the product I was looking for on another site and purchased it. I wanted to go back in to 247 Spares and 'close' my request but I couldn't seem to find this option and continued to receive a few calls after this time. I would recommend arranging a 'close' request option that is clear and easily accessible.”

“Most weke around £30 quotes one was I think £350 I received lats of calls to my mobile but I expected email quotes. I was in work and could not talk”

“I was surprised that I got a phone call straight away, as I thought that I would get the quote(s) by email first. I also didn't get the guidelines in the email to take the name of who you spoke to, note the telephone number etc until after they rang. This is a big problem for someone like me with a major disability, whose memory is very bad.”

“Historically I have found the site to be excellent sourcing a part I could not find at a sensible cost. However on this occasion I guess the market is not as competitive and whilst the parts were available I could not afford the price”
