“It was easy to find the part I required and I received about six quotes -- two by phone. The two who phoned were polite (didn't push) and gave me the information. It made it quick and easy to find the part I needed. I went with one of the guys who phoned.”

“I certainly had lots of offers from several suppliers. My main concern was that I was bombarded with pre-recorded messages that were both too quick and difficult to understand. I was however contacted by two 'humans' both of whom were very helpful.. Didn't like the automations so ... Thank you to the humans :-)”
