“The first supplier I contacted tried to charge me £20 for delivery to a place 30 miles rom Aberdeen for a wing mirror. The second supplier quoted £8 delivery but then charged me £10. Couldn't be bothered to complain. The mirror arrived well packaged and fitted correctly”

“Despite stating that I wanted a wing mirror unit for a Ford Focus C- Max GHIA and this was noted on the order form I received 2. no. mirrors for a standard model i.e without the integral downlight and indicator . I had to keep one unit so I could drive legally . Return the other and a few weeks later ,after some chasing of the supplier , received the right unit . A good result in the end and at half the cost of Ford Cars Official Spare Part List Price but not so happy with mix up and delay..”

“Quite impressed with the service I received. After entering the details required I received a listing from 6 potential suppliers. I was contacted by one of the suppliers and after confirming that the description was correct I was informed the delivery would take 1 to 2 days. The part arrived the following day, it was well packed and as described in the telephone conversation. Very Good experience”

“My hand brake lever needed replaced as the button had jammed and would not release I required a replacement hand brake lever and did not want to pay £250 for a brand new one. I called a parts store who recommended 247 spares or to go to the official garage dealer. I tried ebay first and the price was a little high because of postage and packing costs. I quickly entered the details of what part I was looking for on the 247 spares website and I got a call five minutes later the seller asked me how much had other firms charged for the part they then offered me a better deal for a amazing low price. I bought the part and the part arrived the next working day in very good condition. Brilliant for saving you money and for getting you the part you require as fast as they can.”
