“There is no way I could have corrected the problem I had with my computer. I even told my husband, "We may have to buy a new computer." 24/7 PC Repair fixed ALL my issues with my computer WITH a smile. So nice, polite and helpful! It is a very "wonderful" experience. Thank you!”

“I HAVE BEEN WITH SID FOR 10 MONTHS. DURING THAT PERIOD I HAVE CALLED HIM WITH MANY PROBLEMS. HE HAS ALWAYS SOLVED THEM FOR ME. I THINK THAT HE IS THE GREATEST AND WOULD NEVER WANT ANYONE ELSE TO FIX MY COMPUTER PROBLEMS.”

“Paid for two annual contracts for two computers. I call in with a problem and he immediately tells me he can't help me and to take it to my local computer shop!! SCAM!!!!”

Hello Brent Cox, You have been our loyal customer since 11 July 2017 and in the last 8 months we have provided you exceptional service all 5 times when you called, however today you called with a hardware issue which cannot be fixed remotely. Our goal is to simply provide the best service possible, however the remote repair service contract does not covers any hardware issues. We will be more than happy to help you with software issue for the term of the contract left with us and apologies for the inconvenience caused as remotely we can only fix software issues and not hardware. “after being jerked around by other online services, I finally found 24/7 repair the service was very professional, fast straight to the point, no upselling, the tech. was very polite, informative, and knowledgeable repaired my pc and sent me on my way thanks so much for your quick and easy repair service.
