“I have used this company twice now to fix my dryer. They have come in diagnose the problem and then fixed it very quickly. Our technician Matt has always been very helpful and polite during all encounters. this company will always be my go to company for appliance repair.”

“Great service. We had a hard time finding someone to fix the Wolf hood exhaust hood, called at least 10 difference appliance repair companies. So glad this one worked out. The tech was knowledgeable and knew exactly what caused the problem. Thank you.”

“Fantastic team to work with. We had a built in fridge that leaked, and they came out very quickly, identified and fixed the problem. We later had problems with our dishwasher, and again, they were out quickly and resolved the problem. Top notch customer service. Great communication and very professional team members. I highly recommend them!”

“Can't say enough good things about this company. Professional, they show up on time, and they will recommend someone else if they can't do the job. Fixed my candy apple red dryer in a jiffy. You hope to never need this service, but if you ever do, you won't be disappointed.”

“Called them to repair a GE fridge. The person answering the phone was professional and helpful. They arrived on time took care of the repair and were very friendly and got the defective part replaced . Pricing was fair. I will definitely use them in the future. A total pleasure !!”

“The technician was scheduled for 12:30 but called and asked if he could come early - he did and our oven was fixed within a half an hour. He used factory standard parts to make the repair. I am so happy to have found a trustworthy repair service in my neighborhood. I will use this company again.”

“This company is very professional from both the order / intake standpoint and the services provided. The call was helpful, I got emails about the appointment, and scheduling was very straightforward. Sam the technician showed up on time, diagnosed our refrigerator problem, and had it fixed quickly. He was polite, clear, and professional. I would recommend they to anyone. Thanks!”

“Subzero refrigerator was leaking water. I had same issue 2 years ago that Mike had fixed. Mike arrived promptly at appointment time and showed me how to simply resolve the problem so I'd know how to fix it if it happens again and he didn't charge me. Would definitely use them again!!”

“Just as the other reviewers said, Mike scheduled an appointment quickly, showed up on time, and fixed the dishwasher the first time. If you call him, it's helpful to have the appliance model number handy so he can bring the correct parts and avoid the need for a second trip.”

“We contacted this company on a Friday and they were at our place by Monday, so one business day response time was great. The whole process was easy. Ben showed up early in the time window and it took him only 25 minutes to completely fix the problem. He explained why it happened so we could avoid it in the future (our washer can easily be clogged by overfilling it). Laid back and easy.”

“Submmitted an online request at 6pm. Alex called a few minutes later and Kyle came to the house at 8pm to service a dryer. Arrived on time and gave honest assessment. Very pleased and would recommend.”
