There was a nice selection of household items so I was able to find the perfect housewarming gift for friends, which was a large teak serving tray that I know they'll love using in their new home.

I was very disappointed to be told that shipping would be in 3-4 days and then after making payment being told that shipment would be in about a month. I considered canceling the order but instead waited for delivery. I received the batter bowl and it is a beautiful color. It does have 1 very small flaw in the finish but most disappointing are the ridges in the bottom inside of the bowl. It is not smooth as I would expect for using as a mixing/batter bowl. I may yet return it. I do like the look of it, but it may not actually be as useful as hoped.

Item significantly delayed still have not received my table which I needed no later than May 30th. With a delivery date expected in early May it’s fair to say this has been a mess.

Web site is terrible. Hard to use. Can't get to cart. I would have ordered another set but site was not cooperating. Unable to request wedding wrap or enclosure card either.

Well I didn’t like the fact that you gave me a $50 off coupon and then did not honor it when I went to check out. Also it would be nice if you explained exactly why my product did not qualify. Your rules and other info did not help. I did not see any reason why you turned it down.

I have never shopped at 2Modern and I was so pleasantly surprised! I called to get more information about a potential item I wanted to purchase. The customer support person, Angelica, quickly got the answers and then offered an extra 5% off. She said she would email me the quote with a payment link. She did it within minutes. The item I was purchasing was on sale at a bunch of websites but I went with 2Modern due to the great customer service and the added 5% discount. Thank you!

Box arrived busted open and wrapped with tape. One of the pieces of the chair does not snap in. Will have to call customer service hopefully to send another part.
