“Website made the ordering of a customized product very easy. Shipping was fast. Unfortunately, the desk arrived sans instructions - went to the website to see if you had them on the product page, but they were not there (something for you to consider adding in the future). Called customer service and they emailed me instructions the next day. Prior to that I was able to locate both the instruction manual and video of how to assemble product on the manufacturer’s website.”
“Perfect over and 8' kitchen island. Throws off a perfect amount of task lighting and on a dimmer great "mood lightling". The light does not come with a dimmer. Needed to purchase that seperately.”
“I ordered two Tool boxes made by Toyo in December. The first tool box took 60 days to get. So much for Christmas. I still haven't received the other tool box I ordered over 2 months ago. I paid 20% more than average for these boxes assuming they would arrive in a week or so since they were in stock as most other shops were out. Communication on this was poor.”

“the glasses above are what I ordered , so I thought, I know it said random. However the email showed the exact colors on ordering website.
When I received the glasses I was quite disappointed as they are all dark colors and not what I paid almost two hindred dollars for. In addition , one of the glasses had a small. chip in it near the rim.
I did call customer service to voice a compalint and kshe kept repeating that orders are random colors and I could send back but it would still be a random color order??
I will report to American Express as this is not satifactory business to customers.
I was so careful unpacking the glasses and not in the best to be able to repack and send back.
I expect a full refund. Thank You Mary Lou Schillinger”
“Be careful they charge you 15% restocking charges if you want to return what you had purchased and there is no exchange policy. Their customer service sucks too. I literally emailed and emailed and had to call to get info and then still didn’t get what I asked to be emailed for days.”
