One of the items (lamp shade) that I purchased arrived damage. Spoke to customer service, which quickly sent me a replacement at no cost. That's the way it should be, but too often this is a challenge. As a result of this great service I intend to buy through 2Modern again.”
“I love the simple design but, the socket was crooked, my husband straightened it out and the glass is scratched but not enough to notice and then return the lighting. Also, it's about 3 inches too short for my high ceilings but, again not enough to return the product. I will later be remodeling my kitchen, so, this lighting will not be needed.”

“All good except for the annoying pop-up requesting my phone number for 10% off but when I tried to apply the code, I'm told my order doesn't qualify for the discount. Feels like a minor bait and switch and forced me to then go unsubscribe from text messages from Modern”
“Great shopping experience, but it was advertised that I'd get free shipping on purchase over $50, but after spending over $140 (incl tax), I was still charged $30 for shipping.”
“I'm happy with the 2Modern experience and absolutely love the product offering. Two suggestions for small improvements: on mobile, it's difficult to see the product images for items that are on sale because the 'sale' icon covers most of the image thumbnail. Second, I would appreciate clearer communication in email about how long sales last. For example, I received a discount code for Fermob recently but then when I tried to use it 2 weeks later it was no longer valid. The email with the code or the website didnt mention any expiration date.”
