Disappointing. We waited our purchase for 4 months after full payment. When it was finally delivered, two out of three boxes do not belong to our order (wrong color). Today is the fourth day since the issue was communicated to the customer support, but nothing was done.

Received a “brand new” rug with soiled marks on it and after being told in writing it would be replaced at no charge…they came back after and said it changed and I would not be receiving a replacement and no offer of any other resolution. Don’t recommend this retailer.

The cost to return this item almost exceeded the item itself. The fact you dont cover return shipping means I will never shop at your store and warn others to find another quality retailer ythat does.

It was easy to navigate though your site. I saw the lamp that I ordered, The Dama Table Lamp, at an open house and loved it. The realtor gave me the website, I found the one that I wanted and ordered it. I look forward to receiving it.

It said it would ship in 3 to 5 business days … it has been 3 weeks and merchandise has not shipped and keeps getting delayed. Waiting a month to receive the merchandise is not acceptable.

As much as I loved receiving my lamp, it was disheartening to see that assembly was required. The instructions booklet wasn’t very helpful, either. I even took into work to see if my coworkers could help me put the tabs together, the guys were afraid to tear it, they too, couldn’t make heads or tails of how to put the lamp together. So I have a lamp not being used bc I don’t how to assemble it. 😡😡😡
