“I only had one small issue with my last order... when I placed the order back in January the shipping time was listed as 1-3 business days. I received an email 2 days later telling me I'd have to wait 6-8 weeks for the order to arrive. I was a bit upset by this but I had my eyes on this particular piece for almost a year already so an extra 2 months wouldn't make a difference anyway. Just wish I would have known upfront. Although I can see that the shipping information has since been updated. Otherwise, I had no issues whatsoever with my order. It arrived well-packaged.”
“I ordered a complete bedroom set and love it.
It can be difficult to find “real wood” furniture anymore and when I did on 2Modern, I knew it was a good fit.
I had an issue (was not 2Moderns fault) and they resolved it beyond my expectations.
Only down fall is you do need patience with delivery time but definitely better than “fast” but junky furniture.
I plan on ordering from them again.”
“I love 2modern but the delay on this item was too long. I ordered my bench on Feb. 10 and was charged. I did not receive the bench until March 22nd. When I ordered the bench I was not aware of the delay until I received an email from them after placing the order. Had I ordered this through DWR I would have had the item within a week.”
