“I loved the glasses I purchased when they finally arrived! Unfortunately one of the glasses was broken upon arrival.
It till three calls and two emails to finally get customer service on the line.
The reply I got was that they needed to check with management to see how the replacement would be handled. Thankfully the replacement arrived faster than the original order with out any further communication. My strong suggestion is to improving shipping time and customer service.”
“It was certainly easy to make the purchase, but it's been 4 weeks now, and I haven't received my purchase, and there's no tracking number because it comes from England, and basically, I need to rethink the project and go in another direction because I have no idea when or if my wallpaper will ever show up (and these are only the samples, lord only knows how long an actual full order would take to arrive)”
