Love my new LED lights for our master bathroom. Halogen didn't work well and these were just the answer! Fit the size constraints and look fabulous. So happy to have light!

I saw this lamp in Amsterdam in May and was interested in buying it but did not want to shlep it back to Colorado, then forgot about it. When I saw it on the 2Modern website I immediately purchased it and was happy with the delivery and product.

Nope because I just checked up my bank statement and there’s three charges of over $100 which there should be only one that’s over $100

I found the web page for this particular item confusing; I called twice for clarification and neither of the salespersons I spoke to were particularlly pleasant or helpful

I'm happy with the 2Modern experience and absolutely love the product offering. Two suggestions for small improvements: on mobile, it's difficult to see the product images for items that are on sale because the 'sale' icon covers most of the image thumbnail. Second, I would appreciate clearer communication in email about how long sales last. For example, I received a discount code for Fermob recently but then when I tried to use it 2 weeks later it was no longer valid. The email with the code or the website didnt mention any expiration date.

I was pleased to be able to purchase a sample. It shipped fast and I was able to tell by this sample that it would be the perfect new wallpaper for my Powder Room. I ordered 5 rolls. It was delivered within a few days. It is now installed and looks gorgeous!!!

A table I ordered that was supposed to be in stock took a month to ship. I had to call to check on progress and the rep said she would get back to me but never did. I called a second time and was told it was a UPS problem and the rep would look into it and get back to me. She never did. UPS finally called to say they were processing a loss claim. No follow up and no support from 2Modern on a product available through many other retailers.
