“There was no way to send an item as a gift with a message saying who the gift was from. I found this odd as I read about you in an article about hostess gifts. Hoping there was a way to do this at checkout, I accidentally had the gift sent to me. Your customer rep was very helpful in changing the address for me.”

“I was very disappointed to be told that shipping would be in 3-4 days and then after making payment being told that shipment would be in about a month. I considered canceling the order but instead waited for delivery. I received the batter bowl and it is a beautiful color. It does have 1 very small flaw in the finish but most disappointing are the ridges in the bottom inside of the bowl. It is not smooth as I would expect for using as a mixing/batter bowl. I may yet return it. I do like the look of it, but it may not actually be as useful as hoped.”
