“Bad experience - 4 Waterford glasses arrived on time, but the decanter never shopped and I had to follow-up several times to find out it was back ordered until FEB. Not good communications. At least the refund was processed on a timely basis… won’t be using your device again, sadly.”

“I ordered a Soto console table on October 29. You said it would ship in seven days. Today is November 18 and I just called your delivery company and they don't even have it in their possession yet. I guess it's on a slow boat from China. Don't advertise one week shipping when you don't have it in your inventory and cannot tell when you will receive it!”

“I purchased the Tivoli BT Audio system (2M is a licensed seller) and it is beyond excellent! Basically, if you’re looking to simplify your home audio setup and your needs aren’t Herculean, this is the way forward. If you like or owned, as I did, the Bose Wave system (no longer made) and you were looking for that but revved-up for the new Millennium, this is your new best friend! I like to sync the Bluetooth from my iPhone but it’s great for playing my single CD choices (Christmas music right now). It’s truly spectacular. Oh, and don’t worry about having it shipped- they pack it like crazy.”
“Troubles with delivery company that is used by 2 Modern. Took weeks longer than the "ships in 3-4 days" specified. It has now been 4 weeks and counting...delayed today because my purchase "could not fit in the truck".
