“Shipping was OK, but I received a defective teapot that did not heat all the way up to 130° as advertised. It heats to 94 degrees even after sitting there for an hour. I paid $135 for it. I emailed to initiate a return, but have not received a reply in several days. If nothing happens, I will initiate a charge back and send proof of the product not working. I am happy to update this review if things are rectified quickly.”
“Buying online is easy, but receiving the product is another matter. Our expensive rug has been sitting in a clearance delay in Indianapolis for 2 weeks now awaiting the following: Manufacturer name and address or manufacturer identification code (MID) for each commodity required.
Recommended action: Shipper or Importer must provide manufacturer name and address or manufacturer identification code (MID).
If we receive the rug I will update the review.”

“I would love to write a review but this rug has still not arrived. Updates were to be delivered 3 days ago, then 2, then yesterday by 5. Today I see it’s still in another state and the shipper says the shipment is on hold. Really disappointing and I now have no idea when to expect it.”
