“I had hoped for color glasses and that is what I ordered. One box had a few colors in it the other box was all grey and black. If we hadn't needed to use them I woudl have sent them back for replacements. They also quoted me a weeks shipping time. It was almost 3. I would still like to have more colored glasses and when I get the time perhaps I will try again.”

“We ordered 2 sets of wine glasses but were only shipped one set. We provided pictures of the packaging and what we received and were told a second set would be shipped. We called again and were told the glasses still had not shipped but would be sent. We paid for the glasses over a month ago and still don’t have them. Less than ideal shopping experience.”

“Still waiting for the ornament to arrive and looks beautiful in the pictures, but after ordering received an email saying it was scheduled to ship 12/31 2026 - what 2 years to wait to get the order - I called and they confirmed that they sold out - So I cancelled the order and we went somewhere else. Next day they call and say they shipped the order and they want to reprocess the credit card - what you found one and shipped even though i cancelled - not cool.”
