The paint fell off like a tiny dot. I've applied for an exchange on this. A few days have passed and I haven't received any response to it yet. Upon closer inspection, it looks like this is the junction of the watch and this part isn't finished exactly. On the other side, that part isn't smooth either. The little flaw in this beautiful watch breaks my heart.

I had a question re: color choice so I called 2Modern. A pleasant knowledgable customer service rep reassured me so I ordered. As he predicted we love this beautiful console table. Seamless process from ordering to delivery. Thank you, 2 Modern!

Extremely funny that I got an email asking me to review the bed I purchased… I have yet to receive it. It says on the website it is in stock and ready to ship, fast-forward 3 to 4 weeks later and I still do not have it. I have placed multiple calls and emails with customer service, they were absolutely no help at all and did not expedite the delivery of my bed. Don’t order from this company.

I found your product online. It was so unusual looking that I kept going back to look at it. But, something told me to take a chance and I did. It turned out to be the perfect piece for my brand new living room. Thank you for making this an easy and exciting shopping experience!

I still have not received my order, my shipment has reportedly been cancelled, and I've tried three times to call 2modern (no one from customer services answers) and emailed twice to no avail. I want to cancel my order, but can't even do so because the entire customer service team seems to be MIA.

Shopping experience was fine. Delivery was fine Returns, terrible! Unfortunately the item was not right for my space. They do not offer a return label online you must call or email and request one. I have made 3 attempts to no avail. Therefore I can not recommend this site.

I hate them. Light is musch too brighjt...lights up the whole room! The bulb is notdimmable and one can't change the bulb. SO I suppose when the bulb goes , I have to buy a whole new lamp. i sent an e-mail to your support team, but they do not answer.

NOT NOTIFIED OF "BACK ORDER" UNTIL i CALLED ABOUT ORDER. TRIED TO CANCEL BECAUSE ORDER WAS TIME SENSITIVE--NOT PERMITTED. HAVEN'T HEARD ANYTHING SINCE--NOT SURE STATUS OF ORDER????
