“Easy ordering, good communication as I waited for my order to be shipped. The delivery company communication was not good. The cross-country portion (Maersk) gave updates at the first 2 stops (FL and GA), then nothing until it arrived in AZ. Local delivery did not contact me, update showed out for delivery. Then later showed they scheduled a time with me to deliver the next day. Then customer service said they were supposed to schedule a time and noted in the system that they had (nope). Then it showed up an hour later. Worked out fine in the end, but not very professional.”

“The website prominently states "Shop with Confidence: 30 Day Returns" - but this is very misleading. What they really mean, is if you want to return something, we will delay responding to you and charge you large fees to return the item. It is very disappointing!
