“well, I placed an order about 5 hours ago and I've already received two marketing emails (requesting a survey and a 'shop MORE' discount code), but I have not received a receipt form the company, only from paypal. I can't answer any more of these questions yet, but I'm not too optimistic about customer service coming from a human being... final question is No AS OF NOW I HAVE NOT EVEN GOTTEN SHIPPING CONFIRMATION AND YOURE SENDING THIS SURVEY its annoying.”

“A complete failure from purchase to delivery, and now to pending repair!! Nothing but unnecessary stress and disappointment. I purchased three pieces from 2 Modern. The lamp, the Bernhardt Campania armoire, and the Bernhardt Campania King size bed. There was no trace of the bed purchase taking your team couple of weeks to finally find the purchase in your system causing delays in the delivery. The delivery company you work with is run by drugged out morons. They messed up the deliveries multiple times. I went through nightmares with the delivery of each item. First they send the heavy armoire with an old man who admitted the unit was way too heavy for him to carry, so we had to reschedule for the armoire to be finally delivered. Then despite my calls confirming the bed delivery details, they show up in the morning, instead of pm window, to only drop off the bed instead of the White Glove handling, so we had to reschedule again. We finally have the pieces delivered, but one of the armoire doors is not aligned properly and does not open and close smoothly. Now I’m struggling to have someone form Bernhardt to come and adjust the armoire door but no luck so far.”

“Purchased a dining table from 2Modern. The table was delivered. It came damaged. We contacted 2Modern to see about a replacement. Brian from 2Modern said a replacement top would be delivered. That was over 6 weeks ago. We are still waiting. Contacted Brian several times and he is now stating that the mfg is dragging its feet concerning the replacement but is working on it. That is the last we have heard. So after over 6 weeks we have no replacement. I am very worried that the replacement will be delivered and it will also be damaged. Then what do we do? Im afraid to have to wait again. We are patiently waiting for 2Modern to take care of this issue for us.”
