My rep was super responsive thankfully, but having to fill out a CC auth form in 2024 is not the way to go. In the age of data privacy and bank information being stolen, writing down your CC number and sending it via email is a terrible and risky way of placing an order. Please invest in a proper and secure payment system for the future.”
“Your salesperson was fantastic - right up to the point where I received a post payment notification the items purchased would not arrive until mid July. I was assured by her (Angelica) in both writing and verbally - no less than three times - 2Modern had the inventory on hand and it would ship. This was in spite of an acknowledgement you source inventory from the very same producer (Louis Poulsen lighting) as Lumens. The Lumens representative was telling me they were out of stock and there would be a delay.
I don't where the miscommunication (and I'm being generous here with my language) lies between your sales person and the inventory team but the end result is that I'll never consider 2Modern again.”

“I bought a new king bed with nightstands and dresser, as well as a rug. It was a little unnerving to buy furniture just based on pictures but the actual furniture that was delivered is beautiful and as represented in the images online. The salesperson I spoke with was lovely and professional. As the furniture was actually made on order, I had to wait several months for it but received periodic email updates to let me know I wasn't "forgotten". My overall shopping experience was great.”
