So that, should an item arrive defective, you won't have to go through hell and high water to get a return label from Support (that treats the customer like a number, not a person) and then wait weeks to receive a refund, only for it to be the wrong amount.”
“I emailed customer service that the product I received did not match the description or picture on the website. However, I never heard back from them. This was frustrating especially since I spent $10 on shipping and when I returned an item previously I had to pay for shipping back as well which cost me almost $25. It is not worth it because you will be stuck with the item if you do not like it.”
