“I do not ever try to get advice from these people to help you pick some thing because they never call you back, they are extremely snotty and rude if they do, and they tell you that they cannot help you. Only rely on the website. You will not get any help trying to navigate through the thousands and thousands of options. And I believe the one gentleman who is either the co-owner or sole owner… He is so rude. I've gone elsewhere. I go directly now to the companies that this company carries and I buy directly from the company themselves.”

It till three calls and two emails to finally get customer service on the line.
The reply I got was that they needed to check with management to see how the replacement would be handled. Thankfully the replacement arrived faster than the original order with out any further communication. My strong suggestion is to improving shipping time and customer service.”
