I needed info like the weight of the chandelier, and whether the delivery date on the website was actually true…we have time constraints and I didn't want there to be delay/surprises. She found out all that info for me very quickly and I was able to place my order pronto!
As with all the best laid plans of mice and men, things didn't go as expected. Our chandelier was due to arrive in late January 2023…it was coming from overseas. There were delays and then more delays, and then even more.
Am I leaving a bad review? NO WAY…this is a highly positive one…why? because…every single step of the way I was updated, cared for, talked to, had my concerns addressed, and my emails got a response the same day, over the weekend, sometimes even within the hour. These days, EVERYTHING takes way longer than expected…so that's a given…but, for me, what separates a great company from a bad one…is the customer service that they provide while you're waiting for something that is out of everyone's control.
I felt well cared for every step of the way, and, this story has a wonderful happy ending and we have an absolutely gorgeous chandelier that arrived super safe and sound in June 2023…after its long trip half way around the world and it looks amazing! It was everything I dreamed of and more.
Because of the amazing selection and the amazing customer service…I will definitely shop 2Modern again!

“I love your edgy modern furniture and accessories, but checking out was not easy…once I chose one item, and wanted to go back to the same one for a different size selection it was very difficult to find the same product…I suggest once you have an item in your cart and you press continue shopping it should first go back to that same item in the event you want a different size or color, then lead you to other products..”
“As a new customer, I was entitled to use the SAVEFIVE discount code shown on your website. There were no restrictions out limitations shown. However, when I tried to use it, I got an error message that said my purchase was ineligible to use that discount for. That’s not right, and leaves a bad taste in my mouth. Either offer the discount, or don’t, but don’t let a new customer think they’re getting a discount and then claim their purchase doesn’t qualify. Therefore, I’m unlikely to do business with 2Modern again; over ~ $45. Does anybody at 2Modern thinks that’s a good business strategy?”
