“There was an undisclosed delay in the delivery. Also the green color depicted on the website is inaccurate. We already own 4 of the soft green, shiny finish. The chairs delivered are a darker green in a matte finish.”

“Not the best. Still waiting to receive my item that was ordered and apparently shipped to a storage location over a month ago. Website did not indicate any of that. Spare yourself the hassle and shop elsewhere. A lot of sites carry the brands 2Modern does.”
“I had been looking for 7 1/4 inch high wine glasses for 5 years. All brands have gone into taller glasses that do not fit into a dishwasher upper drawer.
Advertise the height and the dishwasher fit and you will sell a lot.”
“The description for round storage organizer is very misleading- very expensive for very low quality plastic. The description needs to be clear about what item is actually made out of.”
“The product I order didn’t meet my expectations, but what really is the most disappointing thing is the return process. You have to pay for shipping ( if it’s a piece of furniture imagine how much it costs). The items shipped has to be insured with a tracking number. You have to call the company to approve the return, then they send you an email with return instructions. If the item has free shipping they will deduct the shipping cost from the amount you payed the item. I would not do business with this company again. Too bad because they have some beautiful products on their website.”
