terrific service!! i ordered a Saarinen table and the confirmation came through as 2 ordered.. they immediately rectified it.. at night!!

Made a purchase, only to be told it’s back ordered for 4-6 weeks… no way to cancel, no replies to emails. Thinking of contacting my cc company. This is ridiculous.

you find out that an item is out of stock AFTER you complete your purchase! and the wait time is close to 2 months. requested a cancelation of the order...... no response as of yet.
