I had to wait for authorization and had to pay $30 shipping to return plus minus shipping cost for the product. I will not order again for a company that makes it so hard to get a satisfactory results.”

The company sent me a replacement (after I packed it back up and flagged down a UPS truck so I didn't have to pay for a pick up) and the replacement was defective, too. Now they have gone radio silent, and I don't know what to do.”
