“Do not send even email "how you did" email before you send me tracking info. Also ensure that buyers know that you ship it 3-5 business days upfornt, that's up to 7 calendar days with weekend included. I am afraid now I won't meet the deadline since i purchased an item 3 days ago and I just found not even a shipping date is solidified.”

“Good product. But I kept receiving emails saying I had free shipping over $50. My pillow was $52 pre tax. No matter how I approached, the shipping was included. I finally ordered the one pillow. But I only used 2 stars due to bad marketing and false advertising”
“A bit confusing and irritating. I wanted 2 sets of Moma coasters, preferably in neutral colors ( that choice unclear). I signed up for email notices so as to be eligible for free shipping. I was charged $20.00 shipping!!! I complained; so far no correction! Too bad, you have nice products!”

The shipping company clearly didn’t want to make the drive to my city even though they are the ones who picked the day. The lady on the phone lied to me and said it was still in transit but I could see in my product history it had in fact been delivered to their facility. Aside of that, the delivery went smoothly.”

“Only reason I wouldn't give 5 out 5 stars, is because the benches (tesselate) I ordered were depicted on the website as a brighter Lime green. We planned to use these for a kids' environment, but the color has a more brown tone in it than I realized. I know colors are hard to match with different monitors and lighting, but it was a bit of a surprise to realize they weren't exactly the children's bright tones I was hoping for. I did however enjoy my experience with your customer service rep, Angelica Monstesano, because she helped me with some very specific questions regarding safety (for children) in a prompt and efficient manner. I plan to use her in the future to assist me with future client designs.”

“The ordering and delivery process was all smooth and as expected, but I need to return the product and have called 3 times trying to get a return number and info….still waiting to hear back. The person I spoke to initially assured me I’d get a confirmation email that same day about the return initiation and then an RMA# a couple days later. I haven’t received either a week later.”
