You have such classy items. I really am a fan of the Poldina Pro lights. We had dinner in the mountains - and every outside table had one for ambience! I have given my daughter one and just ordered another for my other daughter & husband’s anniversary. We had friends see one in our camper - and I sent them all info so they could order one! I love that they are cordless! I have worked with your customer service and they were super! I highly recommend 2Modern!

The online ordering process was horrible. I tried to complete my purchase 3 times and it took me through the same process each time. I called though, and the support person was great

All good except for the annoying pop-up requesting my phone number for 10% off but when I tried to apply the code, I'm told my order doesn't qualify for the discount. Feels like a minor bait and switch and forced me to then go unsubscribe from text messages from Modern

Great shopping experience, but it was advertised that I'd get free shipping on purchase over $50, but after spending over $140 (incl tax), I was still charged $30 for shipping.

The only disappointed is that the items that I ordered are back ordered by 8 weeks. It would have been nice to know that before placing my order.

Hello! I'm very surprised! I thought I was shopping from Sunday Citizen. I bought blankets from them once and them a lot, but I had shipping issues. So I wellcome you and I hope those are resolved. I didnt find the exact blanket I wanted, but everything was sold out and off course that's not your fault. So far I have good experience with 2Modern and can't wait to get my blanket soon.

Customer service was excellent. I had several questions prior to purchasing my Gubi pendant lights, but Angelica answered all of my concerns. Hope to work with 2Modern as we update our home.

This was a gift. But there was no opportunity to send a note. So I called but was on hold for 10 minutes. Finally given an option for a call back. I will withhold my true answer to the last question until the item is delivered.
