“Product is great, but the delivery time was way too long. Additionally, I ordered something to be replaced because it broke in the mail and they were out of stock.”
“I purchased a Christmas gift in mid-November with the ship date for the item being listed as December 6 (it was weeks later, but there was still plenty of time for the gift to arrive). Then the ship date shifted to December 20 (likely not getting it by Chrstimas), then to January 3 (forget about it being a Christmas gift). As an insult to the injury, I received an email from the company's founder praising the company and being proud that *all* purchases above $50 ship for free. My purchase was above $50, but I still had to pay shipping. Clearly that statement was not true. At that time I wished I could cancel the order and get the item from another store (which would arrive in time and be cheaper).
Lukily, the item did ship before Christmas and I was able to gift it as planned.”
“We ordered 2 sets of wine glasses but were only shipped one set. We provided pictures of the packaging and what we received and were told a second set would be shipped. We called again and were told the glasses still had not shipped but would be sent. We paid for the glasses over a month ago and still don’t have them. Less than ideal shopping experience.”

“The ordering process was fine but two days after I placed the order, I got a shipping "udate", which said my order was now shipping December 30 2025. OVER A YEAR FROM NOW. I called customore service and the woman I spoke to said that didn't sound right and she'd look into it and get back to me. No one did.”

“Extremely upset SHOP automatically processes order and automatically charged my card without allowing me a second review. At this point undecided about 2Modern and future purchases, once order is received timely without incident will have a better prespective.”
“Frustrating! Shipment came, and when putting it together, a silicon washer broke and an outside decorative screw does not fit as a result. Asked for a replacement, 10 days ago, sent photo and have not received the courtesy of a reply! Shocked and dismayed. Should I go directly to report to the manufactukrer?”
“Beware of shipment claims. I purchased an item based partly on the promise of prompt shipment (“ships in 2 business days” was confirmed in the immediate order-confirmation email). The next day, I received an email with a new estimated delivery date — nearly 7 weeks later! Bad form.”
