“Everything looks super cool and my style. My 1st purchase is this checkered blanket, which I LOVE checker. However , the blanket is not soft and I would not use it on my skin. I am bummed to say the least. I was hoping to curl up in something that was my style and comfort.”

“The 2Modern website is incredily easy to use and navigate. I've shopped here time and time again, and will continue to do so. However, I've noticed some of their estimated shipping dates are not always accurate so this might not be the place for last minute orders.”
“The Web site experience was excellent and they have a wide selection of interesting pieces. The only improvement we would suggest is in the shipping communication and tracking. After a single purchase confirmation email, we never receieve any additional update emails or tracking information from 2Modern (although we did receive a few spam survey emails). I had to proactively call customer service (very helpful) to get any view on shipping status, and the boxes/pallete were pretty beat up when they did arrive, but everything inside was ok. With furniture this expensive, I would add the ability to email tracking information for subcontracted shipping services, contact info, estimated arrival dates, etc.”
“The 2Modern customer service reps were very helpful and the Metropolitan delivery fellows very nice and thorough. However the shipping experience was full of snafus (failure to "release") and re-scheduling which made a short journey from Morena Valley, CA to Northern San Diego County turn into a 3+ week wait for the lamp. It took so long that I was able to see a competitor drop the price by $120 (unfortunately after 7 days had passed). If the lamp would have come promptly I wouldn't have minded so much.”
