“I ordered an NHS hoodie from these guys, I contacted them to see if they could do a zip up hoodie rather than over the head. They made me a a zip up hoodie especially for me, what can I say what a great company, would definitely recommend. There customers service was great.”

“It was really easy to order and, although I waited a while for my delivery, I got quick replies through the Facebook messenger channel. I completely appreciate that it’s busy right now and getting a personal message back rather than a generic reply was lovely. It’s always nice to liaise with a person. Also loved the little NHS card with my name on it......304 are doing everything right in customer experience right now........Never lose the personal touch 👌🏼”

“I had previously said this a scam. I would like to change this. My order for my wife finally turned up after 3 weeks. Got to say my wife loves her hoddie quality very good etc. Just need to keep customers updated on there orders. Especially in these times and deliveries my take longer than normally expected. Would recommend now.”

“Ordered sweatshirt almost 2 months ago. After 3 weeks of not receiving any confirmation of shipping I reached out to customer support, was assured it was a mistake and would be shipped immediately. Another 3 weeks or so has passed and still have not received the sweatshirt.”
