Ordered almost a month ago now. The website promises a delivery time of 5 to 7 days/working days. Contacted several times, each time exactly the same answer that this one picked and and is printed but cannot give me any expectations/updates and do not go into anything substantive and still have not received any updates. Pity

AVOID THIS COMPANY !!! I am waiting for refund 2months. Don't waste your money and time. They ignore e-mails and if they reply, they promise to refund the money, which of course they do not do.

Part of my order was missing and it still hasn’t been delivered. I’ve sent an email asking where my A3 coffee print is, still waiting to hear back. T shirt arrived and I love it. Disappointed in the customer service.

I ordered a few pieces and they didn't arrive. After several emails I have no response. I will try to contact my bank as I saw in the previous review. I do not recommend this e-shop !!!! I am very disappointed.

Placed an order which I did not receive. After multiple attempts to contact the company (to which they never responded) I had to resort to contacting my bank. Eventually I received part of my order well after Christmas (when it was intended to be gifted) after weeks of not knowing whether I would receive a refund or my money back only to be given 1 hoodie as by the time my order was sent to me, the other hoodie had completely sold out and had to give half a Christmas present at the end of January.

Unfortunately not a good experience. Ordered off you a few times and it’s been quick delivery with good communication. Had an issue where an item was out of stock after I ordered before but you sorted that out and made it up to me. I love the products but this time the lack of communication on what was happening with my order was very poor. No update in almost 3 weeks. Messaged twice but heard nothing. Eventually my items did come and I do like them but will not be ordering off 304 again.

Hoodie and print looks very well. The cut of the hoodie is not that good. Sadly like an big Box or something. Whatever - I took it to the tailor - now I like it a lot. Maybe take some research/work for better fitted blanks!

Very disappointed. The delivery arrived very late, the size was not the one I selected, I have sent emails to request a refund and have had no response. I will definitely not recommend or buy from them ever again.

I am very disappointed with 304 clothing. I placed an order early December and the parcel has still not arrived at DPD nominated shop. After many emails I got a few messages from them but no resolution. Customer service is none existent which is a pity as their clothing is of high quality. Even an email to the CEO went unanswered. Clearly the customer is not important!!!!!!!

Ordered a mystery hoody. Very poor quality compared to my original 304 hoody. You can tell by the tags it is a cheap hoody that has been printed on where as the proper hoody has proper tags inside. Not what it is advertised as by getting a random selection from the range which would of been a good way to get rid of old stock. Definitely misleading customers. Has put me off ordering again.
