“I really like the look of all of the 304 clothing. Range however some of the items I have received have been poorly made. I order a pair of joggers and with 2/3 weeks loads of small holes appeared in the crotch area. A hoodie I ordered also became damaged very quickly as there was a large print on the back of it which stated to peel off after only being worn a few times. Postage was also very slow but I’m not sure if that was related to Covid-19 as I’m aware a lot of companies where experiencing this. Overall nice looking stuff just seems to be made cheaply from my experience.”

“I love the hoodies, T shirt and cycle shorts i have bought from you. The quality is very good and you also provide an impeccable service. The only problem i have, is the last dusty peach hoodie i ordered which is larger than the other large hoodies i have ordered from you. Its too big. I need to return it to you and need the advice in how to do this please?”

“Great customer service! I ordered a jumper which was to small so sent it back to exchange for a larger one and had an email saying if i wanted to i could change for a different one and if it cost more than the one i originally ordered they would cover the extra cost.”
