“The order took a bit to arrive and the quality is not the best, a lot of fur comes out of the sweatshirt leaving the pants dirty. However the design of the sweatshirt is really cool.”

“Brought clothes from them before they were ok but this time the colours on the tracksuit top and bottom were different shades of blue then the numbers on the top fell off after wearing and washing the top once messaged customer service and have been offered a voucher as of yet have not received it Customer service not great and quality of clothing has deteriorated skeptical about buying items again….”

Oh dear, well that doesn't sound right does it, customer satisfaction is our first priority, so I was particularly sorry to hear about your problem with your Hoodie & Jogger. I have checked your emails and can see we have responded to every email you have sent since the beginning of the year after exchanging the joggers for you, you had advised this issue had happened more than 6 months later after purchasing the hoodie and you are right, we did offer you a voucher due to our 30 day policy. You had sent an email accepting the voucher Friday evening, unfortunately, we do not work weekends so we have sent you an email this morning with your voucher to spend with us on your next order.
