“So whilst the site is pretty responsive, it's rather hard to track down items that you've ordered previously, and want to reorder in a different colour. A lot of flicking through the product line to home in on your item wanted. Also, and this is a real pain.....the same items in a different colour are ( in my experience) completely different sizes. I.e. I ordered a Hoody in gray size L, decided to buy another in black,and it was tiny! I had to exchange it for an XL. The fist couple of loose fit T shirts in L were great, subsequent orders were ( and I measured them, 12/15% smaller dimensionally!) I let customer service know there's a quality issue, who kindly thanked me for the "Useful feedback". I'm almost ready to jump ship with 304 as I can't be bothered to return stuff now. Disappointed really.”

Hello Mike, Thank you for providing the above feedback. I can see that you have ordered a number of items from us over the past 2 years. During this time we have had to change manufacturers, as the ones we were using previously have had to close down due to the current climate. “Love ordering from 304 I have a lot of sets short and T and tracksuits. Couple of items Iv had issues with but over all fine. Will be ordering more in summer. Could do with matching shorts to my peach hoody”

“Ordered the wrong size on 19th Feb for my daughter and it has taken nearly a month to get my refund. ( I still haven’t received it). Not happy that I will be losing not only my postage but another £2.99 fee for ‘restocking’. Daughter wants to reorder- as I am paying we will wait and see”

I can see here that your return was dealt with within 5 working days from the date your parcel was received, which is our usual turn around time for returns. Unfortunately, after discussions with the courier we discovered that your original parcel was lost in transit. “Have probably bought about 7+ hoodies from 304, many custom designed, all great fitting, feel good on and delivered quickly. Any issues with purchases have been dealt with in a professional manner and sorted quickly. Have also bought bits for family members, who were happy with the items and purchased themselves. I would go for joggers too, but being a tall guy I’m apprehensive about leg length. Other than that would highly recommend!”
