I usually buy from the 304 men's section when it's on sale and always love the items I get! Most recently I bought a bomber jacket but got really unlucky as it had a hole in the stitching when it arrived. I processed my refund that day and a few days later the support team replied to me and they were really helpful in putting my refund through!

Hello Grigoris, We sincerely apologise for the delay in receiving your order. Unfortunately, your parcel was put on hold due to some technical issues with the Courier. We have kept you updated as soon as new information has been received. Your parcel left the Couriers depot on the 1st August and the tracking has now updated to show the parcel has cleared Customs and will soon be out for delivery. I bought a jumper from 304 clothing and the jumper came damaged I contacted customer services and the reply I got back was we can’t return products that are ‘damaged’ even though it was not myself that damaged it. I spent £45 on a jumper that essentially is still sat in my cupboard with a hole in it and smelling of damp rain water.

I ordered myself and my daughter T-Shirts to test the water and I was not disappointed! The quality is outstanding, so on the back of this I now own about 6-7 T’s and a Hoodie or 2 👌🏻

I bought two sweaters a few months ago, and I loved them. They shipped quick and everything was good. I decided to buy another one when there was a sale and not only did it take like 5 weeks to get here but I also had to pay almost 30 dollars cash on delivery which was pretty much the same amount as the discount I got…..they just took back their discount?!?! So after paying that and shipping I ended up paying more for the sweater originally. Totally disappointed, I was so pumped on their sweaters but won’t be ordering again…

There was a promo when you bought something above 64 euros you would get a free sweater. So I did that, after 3 MONTHS I finally received the package with only the free sweater NOT the sweater I bought for 64 euros. This shop is a scam. I've sended over 5 emails but they don't answer anymore. If you wanna lose your money then you should buy something on this shop!

I Have bought a few hoodies and sweaters and I can say the fabric is the best and they wash really well. The designs are great and ive had great comments on my purchases from family and friends.The customer services are great with this company and you can tell they value every customer.
