“Ordered a hoodie as a Christmas present. Design was really liked but the cut of the hoodie isn’t right. When the hood is up, as it’s cut too small, it pulls up the shoulders of the hoodie, so the wearer looks like they have sloped shoulders. A real shame.”

“I had a great experience ordering from this company and even though they were experiencing issues with delivery times due to peaks with the holidays they dealt with everything brilliantly. We even got a discount code to apologise for any potential disruption which was unexpected and a great sign of an efficient company how takes accountability for the problems they run into. Would buy from again!”

“I can’t fault the quality of the clothing but I ordered the lounge set and the bottoms where way too small and the jumper way too big, I ordered large the tshirt that came in the set was wrong also, it was a size small , after a bit of going back and forward and them wanting me to send the wrong product back before they would post another one out they listened to me because I needed it for Christmas they have sent another set out , so waiting to see if the tshirt is true to size, I’ve had to order 2 different size sets to get one whole set that fits”

Hey Russell, Thank you for your feedback. I have looked into this matter and i can see you placed your order over Black Friday weekend. Your order took 13 working days to arrive which is usually about right over this period. All of our clothes are hand printed in our warehouse and we had a delay advertised on the website stating orders would take around 7 working days to be dispatched and a further 3-4 working days to reach you. I am sorry this service wasn't as fast as you'd have liked but we have worked very hard to get all orders out as quick as possible. Regards Mollie 304 Clothing

“I stumbled upon 304 clothing by accident, very pleased I did. I have bought various clothing for my daughter, t-shirts, hoodie & P.J's. The t.shirts & hoodie are good quality. I had a query & had to contact the company I received very quick reply. I will buy from 304 clothing again.”

“Brought the good luck club T-shirt and it’s really comfortable and a good fit however the front print is in the wrong place and the company didn’t really seem to care.”
