“I haven’t received my order. It’s been 2 months and I’ve emailed and they haven’t replied for the last 3 weeks. Last reply I had from them was “sorry, our team has just shipped your package” and I’ve got no tracking number for it. Terrible experience”

“Ordered joggers and a hoodie, they are comfortable and a nice fit after one wash the hoodie has a big thread unravelled from the bottom stitching - however the customer service was first class and solved my issue straight away. Great company”
