“I have never received my order, over a month later & 20+ emails to them (with very few replies) I still have still not received my refund. I chase them most days on email and ‘chat’ where there is never anyone on the chat! And NO phone number listed anywhere to phone them. V v v fed up. DO NOT RECOMMEND.”

I have checked into your order and can see we have exchanged many emails over the last few weeks as the order via Royal Mail has shown as delivered with tracking details provided. We had sent you an email on the 8th November asking for some clarification and we had sent an email to Royal mail to investigate this for you, we are yet to receive a response from Royal mail.
