TERRIBLE COMPANY - ordered some items and I received the wrong order - sent it back as per customer services and haven’t received my correct items or the refund for the returned items - I placed this order on the 11th April - can’t get hold of anyone from Customer services and am not out of pocket DO NOT ORDER

The worst experience. My hoodie took 2 months to arrive and when it did it was the wrong item. Customer service was very unhelpful during the whole process and my multi emails went unanswered. Filed for a return yet didn’t hear anything whatsoever.

I can get any one to respond to me. Ordered clothes on 8/4/24. Still not received them coming Upto 2 months and no one responds to email or messages.

First time I ordered from you guys, the service was great. My next order you send me half of what I ordered, I reach out and receive an apology and confirmation that you will send the other part of my order. It's over 2 weeks since I was told this and despite attempting to email again I now can not contact you as your mailbox appears to be full because my email will not send to you. I'm currently waiting on the 2nd half of my precious order as well as a recent order placed within the past few days. I'd like an update urgently otherwise I certainly won't be returning again.

I actually quite like the brand and the clothing is super comfy, but I have been waiting over 2 months now overall for 2 hoodies, my emails no longer go through to there help line and the hoodies or money has not been returned. Would love an update on this..

Can’t leave a zero star review unfortunately. Placed order over a month ago, emailed several times and been promised my item, still nothing. Now the emails are bouncing back so assuming I’m not going to see my item or my money back. Fuming!

Website is great, however has incorrect information on products! T shirt I ordered was stated as regular and was definitely oversized I could have fit 2 of myself in it! customer services response time wasn’t very good either and return service needs upgrading! Experience has made me not want to buy anything again from 304 unfortunately.

Unfortunately, on this occasion I have not been happy with the services of 304 Clothing. I ordered a mystery box which I understand is a lucky dip and I imagined I would receive items that were unisex as you could not specify men/women. After receiving a crop top and items that were clearly women’s, it was a very disappointing purchase. I have since got in contact twice asking if I could exchange as I certainly wouldn’t get use out of a crop top but have heard nothing. The website makes contacting the company hard, because I also struggled to contact the company after waiting 2 weeks for the parcel to be sent out to begin with.

Well since you asked! I think you guys were great, but my last purchase was a disaster. I had to wait almost 2 months to receive my order, in those 2 months every time i would ask about my order you replied with a mail about warehouse issues, that you print your own t-shirts and that it could take a few working days to ship, while i was already waiting for weeks! Then you shipped it, got a track and trace number, great but then i get a e-mail from shipping company that if i don't pay custom taxes i wouldn't get my package! Since when clients pay shipping and custom taxes??? Never ever in my life was i asked to pay custom taxes on an online purchase, including you guys, previous purchases from your company was never asked to pay customs. Then the product… i loved your T-Shirts, heavy cotton, quality stuff! Not anymore! Thin Chinese quality and not even cotton probably 80% polyester, can't say for sure because your T-Shirts no longer have tags with material composition…. To resume i feel scammed. Disappointed!

I'm obsessed with 304 clothing, I want the to bring back the hoodies that have elastic waistbands and tucks up at the bottom and stays up . Other than that I'm obsessed my 40+ hoodies are proof of that x

Appalling customer service. Waited almost 7 weeks for an order and when I requested a refund this was complete ignored. I was lied to and always told that orders are dispatched within 7 days. I will never buy from 304 again.

I’ve never had any problems from here before but recently I ordered 4 cycling shorts, and I only received 1 in the post so after a lot of emails, they finally sent the remaining ones out but again I only received the 1 so I’m still missing 2 of my cycling shorts.

Quality of the clothing is 5 star, the material, the print the fit is pretty dam sweet. Had issues with delivery, however, customer service rectified quickly and there was good communication.
