“Usually very happy with your clothes but shipping is more often than not a disaster. Untrackable shipments, more delays than already mentioned online. Also the newer collection of shorts has a lot of (it seems) hastily made finishing as after the 1st wash a lot of the threading is already letting go in multiple places. Used to getting better quality from 304 and hoping this batch is a one of and not the quality from now on. Kind regards, Dennis”

“As a starting company which goes internationally, it is a very bad policy to settle customers with big costs for returns. Your a UK company but even for Dutch orders a return costs arrous €20 which is absurd. Follow a vision and make wise choices for sustainable customer relationships, not single sells. Unfortunately i will never buy again at 304. Br”

“I've bought over 10 item of clothing in the last month or so. I was so impressed with the quality of the hoody,shorts and tahirt I got the 1st time I went back and got myself some more and the quality is better than some that I have paid alot more for. Think this is my new go to brand.”
