“I’ve bought several different items and am very happy with the quality and how quickly they arrived. However, the customer service needs some work. Once I returned an item as an exchange, due to it not fitting, and I heard nothing back. No replacement item or refund. I even chased up on it and nothing. This did make me very hesitant to return and I’m still hesitant for any potential purchases in the future.”

“I was pretty disappointed that two out of the three clothes in my mystery box were black and the third was a dark navy. I know it’s a mystery but I own one pair of sports shorts and they’re pretty much the same as the plain black ones I got. And the black T-shirt was just a bit too bland for me. I guess I just assumed there’d be at least one thing with a bit more colour.”
