“Hi, I have not received a response regarding my request. You have received the wrong request. I have waited more than 15 days, which is not acceptable. I know that you are a large and respectable company that appreciates its customers and tries to correct the error as soon as possible, but I waited a long time and this is unbelievable”

“Website is good. Quality of clothing is great. Would like to see more lines added. Distribution team needs more work as I have had 2 incorrect orders and have just settled as I am fed up of chasing around trying to get it sorted”

“I ordered a build your own box, I thought this was such a good deal. Definitely worth the value. Leggings are so comfy, the waist band fits well. It’s not too tight or lose. Hoodie is super cosy, I love it all. Will 100% place another order.”

“I was happy to try a new clothing brand as I saw the adverts on FB,everything looked good so I ordered a top and joggers which were great.Then I heard you will be stocking ASDA with your clothing,I am not a snob but don't want to be seen wearing an ASDA trackie if you get my drift.60 quid after discount is OK but I would not wear an ASDA trackie or any other Supermarket brand of clothing at all.I am not a snob or anything but I like clothing from mid range brands. Thanks.”
