“These t shirts jumpers and shorts that I've bought from 304 clothing are really comfortable and super stylish to wear. I highly recommend 304 clothing + go for the £100 build your own box with 6 things in it absolute bargain. I recommend the oversized Black hoodie brilliant.”

“I ordered two hoodies first time ordering from 304, because of the price i expected better quality. The fit and how they look on the website looked completely different. There were shiny marks on both hoodies where they had been pressed all over especially under the hood. I sent them back only to be told that a restocking fee would be deducted £2.99 off each item as they were ordered separately. The answer I recieved from Bulut at customer services was that its stated on the website. Check the small print way down the returns policy. If they had been better quality I wouldn't have needed to return them. Never heard of restocking fee ever ordering online. Very disappointing. Cost of living crisis, I've lost nearly £6 for items they could resell as they have their stock back”

As your items were returned without any faults being flagged, your return was processed as normal which is why the restocking fee was deducted. “Hoodie that took a while to arrive, arrived with grease stains on the front. Got offered a partial refund or a discount on another but I had to return the top first. Finally received my refund and then the top had sold out. Rubbish customer service, they should have replaced the top straight away! This is the second time this has happened too. Won’t be ordering from 304 again.”

“Material used not as thick as I thought would be for the price very thin and tracksuit came with holes under the arm and the trouser seam- such a shame as I really like the designs used”

“The clothes are ok my daughter loves them. But they are appalling at customer service especially if you buy from the sales. It’s not free returns they charge you a “restocking fee” the equivalent of the delivery cost. And they take so long to refund you, you start to worry you might not get it. Terrible customer service, totally unexpected bad experience.”

“I really like your brand. However after making a purchase and after wearing the garment just twice, it already starting bobbling. I did contact 304 about this and you did offer a discount which I accepted. It's a shame as it's put me off buying anything furhter from you”

“I must say I have never been disappointed with the items that I have purchased from 304. It is always an excellent service and their merchandise is of amazing quality. I purchased from 304 previously when they were doing the rainbow hoodies for the NHS Rainbow and I still wear this to this day, just wish I could get another one”
