“Unfortunately I have had a bad experience and I am upset as I love your clothing. I ordered 3 XL hoodies and they came and didn’t fit, however they fitted my 15 year old brother who fits a size medium in most his clothing. Honestly this isn’t any sort of dig to say I hate the brand or anything like that, this was just my experience. That’s why I didn’t bother returning them as they all fitted my brother. Even though they didn’t fit the hoodie itself was actually really nice.”

“I've placed my order on 08/03 and today 24/03 still havent recieved it. The page stated that it takes 5-9 working days but when I tracked down tha parcel it's not even close and it hasn't had any changes for the last 5 days. Unprofessional and unacceptable. I am deeply disappointed”
