I have order clothes on 2 different occasions and they have both took over 1-2 month over estimated time and still haven’t got the second order of clothes

Whilst the quality of clothing delivered (after 3 months from ordering) was good (and better than anticipated) my experience of 304 was awful. Numerous emails and numerous lie after lie until the emails started to bounce. I was amazed the order turned up. I appreciate the email recently received to say sorry however this was a little late as it doesn’t make up for a birthday present not being delivered on time.

Great quality clothing But the delivery is ridiculously long Waited over a month for order and refunded in the end.

Part of my order was missing and it still hasn’t been delivered. I’ve sent an email asking where my A3 coffee print is, still waiting to hear back. T shirt arrived and I love it. Disappointed in the customer service.

Unfortunately not a good experience. Ordered off you a few times and it’s been quick delivery with good communication. Had an issue where an item was out of stock after I ordered before but you sorted that out and made it up to me. I love the products but this time the lack of communication on what was happening with my order was very poor. No update in almost 3 weeks. Messaged twice but heard nothing. Eventually my items did come and I do like them but will not be ordering off 304 again.

Really sorry to write this review.. I ordered a surprise box and when it came the sizes were really not good. Especially after buying from the site previously I thought I could exchange. One of the items was faulty as well. I wasn't aware that surprise boxes couldn't be exchanged or refunded, I could find anything in the website to clarify this. I was offered a five pound refund for account for future purchases.

I bought a jumper from 304 clothing and the jumper came damaged I contacted customer services and the reply I got back was we can’t return products that are ‘damaged’ even though it was not myself that damaged it. I spent £45 on a jumper that essentially is still sat in my cupboard with a hole in it and smelling of damp rain water.

For the cost of this jumper I was expecting them to be a thicker material. However it is very thin and feels cheap.

So my mom bought me and my brother some clothing from 304 clothing for Christmas. 4 t-shirts, 2 jogginpants and 1 hoodie. the first problem was It came after christmas..... So after we finally got it we were thrilled to use it. The Design was sick, and the quality and fit seemed okay. The first day we were the clothing we were so happy for it, but then the poor quality started to show. After first wash the clothing looked like this... So now im afraid to use my expensive clothing, because i know, that if i wash it again the print will be totally gone..

Website and delivery was fine , Absolutely loved the jumper and leggings looked so nice on , especially the leggings fit amazing and love the added pocket detail Really displeased after washing them together on their own for the dye to run into the white lettering on the jumper and leggings and the letter has started to crumble on the back of the jumper see photo added ,which I do expect after many wears not after one, which I am gutted about 😱 as the outfit now looks old after one wash . I hope you can try and stop this from happening as your designs are great !! And it’s a real shame

I was extremely disappointed with my experience with this clothing company. Firstly, they did not respect the promised delivery schedule. Secondly, the customer service was not helpful at all. And to top it all off, one of the shirts that I received was unwearable after the first wash. I would not recommend this company to anyone and I will not be shopping with them again

Purchased the hoody for a Christmas gift so can’t really comment on the quality. However the service was shocking. If I hadn’t of queried my order after 10+ plus of no notifications I don’t think I’d of received it in-time for Christmas. Definitely would no order from this company again!

Ordered a hoodie as a Christmas present. Design was really liked but the cut of the hoodie isn’t right. When the hood is up, as it’s cut too small, it pulls up the shoulders of the hoodie, so the wearer looks like they have sloped shoulders. A real shame.

Brought the good luck club T-shirt and it’s really comfortable and a good fit however the front print is in the wrong place and the company didn’t really seem to care.

We bought 2 hoodies. My missus is happy with hers but i wont be buying again. 2 hoodies I've had and both are the same size yet the quality is inconsistent & poor. Very disappointed

I got the box with loads of stuff. Unfortunately, I will not be purchasing 304 Clothing again. After 2 weeks of wearing the hoodie, it already has holes. The stitches are really loosely done. I also think it’s very expensive for the quality of the clothes. I love the designs but the quality needs a lot of improvement.
