First time I ordered from you guys, the service was great. My next order you send me half of what I ordered, I reach out and receive an apology and confirmation that you will send the other part of my order. It's over 2 weeks since I was told this and despite attempting to email again I now can not contact you as your mailbox appears to be full because my email will not send to you. I'm currently waiting on the 2nd half of my precious order as well as a recent order placed within the past few days. I'd like an update urgently otherwise I certainly won't be returning again.

I actually quite like the brand and the clothing is super comfy, but I have been waiting over 2 months now overall for 2 hoodies, my emails no longer go through to there help line and the hoodies or money has not been returned. Would love an update on this..

Website is great, however has incorrect information on products! T shirt I ordered was stated as regular and was definitely oversized I could have fit 2 of myself in it! customer services response time wasn’t very good either and return service needs upgrading! Experience has made me not want to buy anything again from 304 unfortunately.

Hoodie and print looks very well. The cut of the hoodie is not that good. Sadly like an big Box or something. Whatever - I took it to the tailor - now I like it a lot. Maybe take some research/work for better fitted blanks!

Quality of the clothes were really good not thin cheap fabric which is great but they got delivered with a couple of stains on like they were sent from a EG: vintage shop… not that noticeable but Ovbs I can see them but not enough for the hassle of sending clothes back that’s just a process I can’t be bothered with.

Expect long delays for delivery and even lo ger delays for return processing. Quality is OK, but material is very thin. Not as thick and comfy as items look in the pictures. Some items ordered in same size come up in different shape too.

I love the fabric, but the sizes are always a problem for me. Every M shirt has a different fitting and a man S in Ovesize is more a woman S normal fit…

The clothes are ok my daughter loves them. But they are appalling at customer service especially if you buy from the sales. It’s not free returns they charge you a “restocking fee” the equivalent of the delivery cost. And they take so long to refund you, you start to worry you might not get it. Terrible customer service, totally unexpected bad experience.

I really like your brand. However after making a purchase and after wearing the garment just twice, it already starting bobbling. I did contact 304 about this and you did offer a discount which I accepted. It's a shame as it's put me off buying anything furhter from you

Ordered the wrong size on 19th Feb for my daughter and it has taken nearly a month to get my refund. ( I still haven’t received it). Not happy that I will be losing not only my postage but another £2.99 fee for ‘restocking’. Daughter wants to reorder- as I am paying we will wait and see

I can see here that your return was dealt with within 5 working days from the date your parcel was received, which is our usual turn around time for returns. An email notification was sent to you on the 7th March. Please allow 5-10 working days, excluding weekends, for the refund to appear in your account. Initially impressed with thickness of both Hoodie and jumper however once washed once both went thin Also motive has gone wrinkly in the wash too Unfortunately this has put me off buying again

The t-shirt on this picture looks amazing and it is a reason why I purchased one. However the item which arrived wasn't same, but it was much shorter which wasn't good enough. I like 304 Mens t-shirts because of the length however recent purchase didn't really match to advertised pictures
